D-shaped dual durometer anti-collision rubber extrusion seal

Co-extrusion is a basic extrusion process. The process allows for the convergence of rubber materials that obtain different properties like color and consistency. Dual durometer rubber seal extrusions main material is epdm sponge and dense rubber, which can be extruded into a single part, different areas in different hardness, sponge part is soft than dense rubber part, compound rubber material can be extruded into various industrial rubber products.

● Excellent resistance to abrasions and tears and ability to stand up to the degrading effects of weathering, ozone and UV ray exposure.

● Good electrical resistance. Its chemical properties make it especially suitable for electrical insulation and gaskets.

● It resists polar solvents, and not just water, but also acids, alkalies, and phosphate esters.

● It does a great job of withstanding steam and low and high temperatures

● It has a low compression set, so it won’t lose much resilience over prolonged pressure.
