TPE
What is TPE?
Although thermoplastic elastomer has the characteristics and properties of rubber, it is actually processed and recyclable like plastic. Due to its elastomeric composition, TPE compounds are soft and flexible materials that can be repeatedly stretched to at least twice their original length at room temperature, and return to the approximate length of the original shape when stress is released.
TPE materials are soft to the touch and are attractive and beneficial for many markets and consumer products. Soft thermoplastic elastomers can be easily molded or extruded onto hard thermoplastic materials, making them ideal for soft touch grips on products. TPE is also the perfect choice for seals and bottle cap liners. Other types of TPE can be used in automotive parts, wire and cable insulation, HVAC and household appliances.

Features and benefits of TPE
Easy to process, can be mixed into hard and soft PVC materials.
It is resistant to grease, oil and chemicals and can be effectively used in the automotive and medical industries.
Resistant to severe weather conditions-non-corrosive, very durable for long-term use and exposure.
Flame retardancy with fire resistance-it is difficult to ignite, without a powerful external flame, it will not continue to burn.
Compatible with various additives-make PVC transparent or colored, rigid or flexible.
Excellent electrical insulation-ideal for cable and other electrical applications.
